SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Time:

Order Processing: We will prepare your order for shipping within 2 working days.
You usually receive your order within 5-10 days.
Delivery time depend on your distance from our warehouse

2. Shipping Types:

We accept two types of delivery:

2.1 Self-service pick-up: Fee

We accept self-service pick-up.

You can drive to our warehouse to pick up your package.

We provide the option of pickup time, you only need to select the pickup time.

2.2 Shipping:

We review each order individually based on destination, weight and size.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the receipt and the item within 30 days. Of course, we also accept applications for exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment. For items purchased with a credit card, the refund will be returned to the original account.

Please note：:

• Send the original sales receipt with the package.

• If the product packaging is damaged, we will charge you a packaging fee of $ 20-50.

• The item must be in pristine condition. If your goods are found to be dirty, soiled, damaged, abused or without tag, we will not be able to return or exchange your items.

• You need to pay the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.

Cancellations Policy

If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing the order. Please note that after two hours, you will not be able to cancel your order. You can only click return after receiving the goods. We will refund the full product price, but you will incur shipping charges.
